    Hi Harvey,

    1. First stud is sitting over the column, that is outside shear perimeter and it is useless now, start of rail should align with the face of column.

    2. PT drapes at both directions are sitting at highest possible. causing clash and not being able to install studs in right layer, and cover may not be satisfied now.

    3. Studs are not tighten up yet, it could be work in progress but they have to be tied in multiple points as otherwise they can easily rotate during the concrete pour.

    4. There are max. lateral spacing between rails in plan view, this design doesn’t seem to be satisfying that. Unless there are provisions to allow that.
